Presentations are limited to 30 minutes in length, with 15 minutes maximum for questions. This is so that there will be time for people to visit our merchants. Please let us know if your presentation requires a double time slot.

You are responsible for bringing necessary equipment such as slide or overhead projectors, laptops, etc
Our venue is sometimes able to provide standard equipment such as sound system, screen, etc., but please double check with our venue about that.
